Maximizing parking capacity for Cargill facility’s growing needs
The Mt. Crawford Cargill packaging plant needed to expand its capacity for freezer trailer parking on site.
Colman Engineering designed a plan to accommodate as many truck parking spaces as possible, given the shape of the site and the steep terrain along the edges. They also provided a stormwater management and stormwater quality plan for the proposed development.
The expansion increased the parking capacity and added a stormwater management facility that addresses the site’s water quantity/quality requirements.
Cargill now can expand their trailer storage capacity to meet their current and future demands.
