Mt. Crawford Warehouse Site Plan and Entrance Plan

BOTM was looking to develop a 12.4-acre property with close proximity to I-81 to provide much-needed warehouse-type facilities for medium-sized industries.

Colman Engineering created a master plan for the site and obtained permitting through Rockingham County, VDOT, and Dominion, including working with the VDOT Richmond office for specific site access permitting. Colman Engineering also worked with the County to address local and state requirements for the site and stormwater management.

With a master plan designed to optimize the site’s use, BOTM is able to continue building out the site as requests come in from new industrial tenants.
